Service Description
HD Workflows provides AI-powered automation services for service businesses, including lead capture, customer support, scheduling, and voice agent systems. We build, deploy, monitor, and maintain these systems on your behalf.
Subscription & Payment
Our services are provided on a weekly subscription basis with no long-term contracts. Pricing tiers range from $400 to $1,500 per week depending on the scope of services. Your initial automation system is built at no upfront cost. Weekly fees cover ongoing management, monitoring, maintenance, platform costs, and support.
Free Build Model
HD Workflows builds your initial automation system at no charge. The build cost is absorbed by HD Workflows as an investment in the ongoing service relationship. There are no hidden fees, setup charges, or onboarding costs.
Workflow Ownership
The automation workflows, integrations, and system architecture built by HD Workflows are proprietary to HD Workflows. Your business data — including contacts, leads, customer records, and communications — is and remains your property at all times.
Service Level
We provide 24/7 system monitoring and maintenance. While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Enterprise-tier clients receive formal SLA and uptime guarantees as specified in their service agreement.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information necessary for system setup, respond to communications in a timely manner, and notify us of changes to your business operations that may affect automation workflows.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 7 days written notice. Upon cancellation, automation workflows will be deactivated at the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
Data Export
Upon cancellation, you have a 30-day window to request export of your business data. We will provide your contacts, leads, customer records, and communication history in a standard format. After 30 days, your data will be securely deleted from our systems.
Limitation of Liability
HD Workflows shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days. We are not responsible for losses resulting from third-party service outages beyond our control.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Mexico.
